Ashley Passero Named to the 2019 Virginia Rising Stars℠ List for Employment Law

Attorney Ashley Passero has built her reputation as a trusted and tenacious employment lawyer across her career. In recognition of her talents and recent achievements, Attorney Ashley Passero was selected to the 2019 Virginia Rising Stars℠ membership list for her work as an employment lawyer! This is actually the second year in a row she has earned this title, having also been chosen as a Rising Stars℠ member in 2018.

To become a Rising Stars℠ member, an attorney must stand out after a patented multiphase selection process used by Super Lawyers®. The selection process considers a variety of factors, such as client testimonials, peer reviews, notable case results, community involvement, and so forth. A Blue Ribbon panel of legal experts make the final review and selection, choosing who is a Rising Stars℠ member for a given year. Rising Stars℠ members must also be under the age of 40, or have less than 10 years of legal experience. In the end, no more than 2.5% of all practicing lawyers will be named to Rising Stars℠.
