Lisa K. Lawrence is a seasoned and passionate attorney who applies her substantial experience to the field of employment law. In this arena, Ms. Lawrence has met with considerable success in representing workers and employers in complex issues related to wage and hour claims, medical leave, discrimination, employment contracts, sexual harassment, and more. Ms. Lawrence has practiced employment law exclusively throughout her career and is well-known for her work in this field. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Virginia with honors and earned her law degree from the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
Admitted to practice in 1992, Ms. Lawrence founded this firm in 1994 and has represented employees and employers in the public and private sectors. She has litigated cases at all levels in the Virginia Courts, including the Virginia Supreme Court, United States District Court, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
