Chelsea Johnson

Chelsea Johnson is an alumna of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied criminal justice with a concentration in forensic crime scene investigation and a minor in Spanish. After graduating from VCU, Chelsea received her Certificate in Applied Studies in Paralegal Studies from the University of Richmond.

Joining our team in 2014, Chelsea has worked exclusively in employment law throughout her paralegal career. Utilizing her considerable attention to detail and experience in case management, Chelsea provides comprehensive support on each of the firm’s cases. Chelsea assists the attorneys by maintaining files, calendars, and deadlines, performing research, drafting pleadings and correspondence, and preparing and managing administrative complaints. She also serves as a point of contact for the firm’s clients, and is essential in preparing for litigation and other administrative hearings.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys crafting, running, and spending time with her husband and son.
