Prior to joining LawrenceQueen, Kyle practiced personal injury law in Richmond, Virginia and served as an Appeals Examiner for the Virginia Employment Commission. While at the VEC, he presided over more than 5,500 hearings. Kyle received a B.A. in History & B.S. in Political Science from Radford University and his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at University of Richmond, graduating with cum laude honors.
